Tai Chi creates and preserves flexibility and physical discipline coupled with concentration. It is practised by millions of people of all ages in China and can be enjoyed well into our older years.
Designed specifically for people who have neck and back problems but want to do useful exercise without causing pain. The exercise plan designed supervised by Eileen O’Driscoll, is very successful in building strength, balance and flexibility and is especially suitable for over 45s.
